Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nihon Infotech's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nihon Infotech regarding your use of our web development, design, and digital marketing services.

Our Services

Nihon Infotech provides the following services:

  • Custom web development and application development
  • E-commerce solutions and online store development
  • UI/UX design and branding services
  • Digital marketing and SEO optimization
  • Website maintenance and technical support
  • Business consulting and strategy development

All services are provided subject to availability and our current service offerings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

As a client of Nihon Infotech, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
  • Respond to requests for information and feedback in a timely manner
  • Provide necessary content, images, and materials for your project
  • Respect intellectual property rights and use only licensed materials
  • Make payments according to agreed terms and schedules
  • Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access information

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • 50% advance payment required to commence project work
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion and delivery
  • Monthly retainer fees for ongoing maintenance services

Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. Interest charges may apply to overdue amounts as per applicable laws.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Work completed and delivered cannot be refunded. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project initiation.

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables including:

  • Custom code and website functionality
  • Design elements created specifically for the project
  • Content and materials provided by the client

Nihon Infotech Rights

We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and general methodologies. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Nihon Infotech's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  • Client's failure to backup data or maintain security

We provide services "as is" and make no warranties beyond those required by law.

Termination

By Client

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Payment for completed work and expenses incurred up to termination date will be due.

By Nihon Infotech

We may terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or if continuation would violate applicable laws or our policies.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will deliver completed work and return client materials. Access to ongoing services will be discontinued.
